my little ruffle bum

well, not my bum. the cute little girl who is mine... her little ruffle bum.

my little nugget is growing so fast. too fast. as we were playing on the couch the other day i realized it would most likely be the last time she wore that fun little outfit. her arms and legs just stretch way past the ends of it. her socks that once looked much like knee highs now barely stay on those cute little piggies. 

 it makes me sad as each day slips past us and my baby gets even bigger. i want to lock into this stage and hold onto my little girl forever. and ever.

but, i'm so excited for tomorrow. and the next day. and the next. and for all of the opportunities we have to cuddle and laugh, to learn and grow, and to see her explore and develop. she is the cutest little bug and we just adore her. i mean, how can you not adore a cute ruffle bum like that???
