14 days of valentine's

last year i did 14 days of valentine's for craig. i put together some cheesy sayings with different candies and treats. this year, because we've been trying to eat a little healthier lately i didn't want to make every day a sweet treat so i had to get a little more creative. maybe my middle name should have been "cheesy" because some of these are exploding with the cheese. craig may think i'm dorky and goofy (which i am), but he loves me anyways and said he enjoys the silliness.

here are a few of the valentines from this year (be warned, major cheese ahead!):

"you better call an ambulance because you wheelie take my breath away!"
taped to a little wooden ambulance toy.

"you're a tall drink of water quenching my thirst for love"
tied to a new water bottle.

"you are my favorite treat"
attached to a heart shaped version of his favorite treat.

"i'm lucky you are my silly buddy!"
tucked into his pocked with some silly putty.

"i'm bananas for you!"
stuck in some yummy (and healthy) carrot banana muffins.

"i dig you"
tied to a hand shovel for gardening this spring.

"you are the star in my eyes"
with a pack of starburst.

"you knock my socks off!"
stuck to a new pair of socks for running.

"your love sends me into orbit"
hidden in the car with some orbit gum.

"you frame my life with love"
with a frame and a "love" print.
(ferris wheels hold a special little place in my sentimental heart,
so this was more than perfect!)

"orange you glad you're my valentine?"
paired up with two yummy cuties.

even if he doesn't love the silliness (although he says he does), i do. i enjoyed creating the little tags and coming up with cheesy saying clever sayings.  mostly, i just enjoyed doing a little something extra for a man who deserves so much. i love having him as my forever valentine!
